2 Chicken Breasts
5 Tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 Tsp Canola Oil
Skewers
3/4-1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Parsly
Cut chicken into thin strips. Cover with canola oil and hot sauce. Skewer the chicken pieces and cook in a pan coated with cooking spray.
For dip, mix in blue cheese crumbles to the greek yogurt.
As easy as 1,2,3. So healthy and SOOO delicious. Really. I wish I had a picture of these!

1/2 Cup Oats
Milk-enough to cover oats
Raw Honey
Frozen Berries (blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry mixture)

Microwave the oats and milk for about 2 minutes. With 30 seconds left open microwave and add frozen berries. Finish microwaving. Take out and stir in raw honey until it is sweet enough. The berries turn the oatmeal into an amazing lavender color. It's delicious and healthy over all. Enjoy!
